Tree service estimates
before you climb in the truck.

Half the estimates you drive to are people who wanted a number and were never going to pay it. The calculator gives them the number first.

How it works

  1. The customer picks the job: trimming, removal, stump grinding or palm trimming
  2. They pick how many trees, and the height tier: under 30 feet, 30 to 60, over 60
  3. They add what they need: stump grinding, haul-away, emergency service
  4. They see your ballpark range, and you get the lead with the job, the count, the height and the add-ons
  5. They book the estimate visit online, or the receptionist books it on the phone

Your prices, your rules

Set a base price per job, a price per tree for each height, and what each add-on costs. Raise the emergency rate during storm season. Change any number from your phone.

Why it matters

A 4 hour round of free estimates that close one job in five is a day lost every week. When the customer has already seen "$900 to $1,400 for one oak, 30 to 60 feet, stump ground, wood hauled", the visit is to confirm, not to haggle.

Frequently asked questions

Is the calculator price final?

No, it is a ballpark range from your rates. Access, lean, power lines and wood over the house change the work, so you confirm the price at the estimate visit.
