What it does
- Answers your business line with your company name, day and night
- Quotes from your own calculator: per tree, by height, with stump grinding or haul-away
- On storm calls, asks if anyone is hurt and if a line is down, tells callers to call 911 or the power company when it is, and takes the address and what the tree hit
- Texts you a summary right away, so you can call back at first light, or sooner
- Books the estimate visit on your calendar if you allow it
- Switches to Spanish or Portuguese when the caller does
Why it matters
